SBA Disaster Loan:
Although the deadline to apply for an SBA disaster loan due to physical damage has passed, please note the following:
1. SBA will accept applications (https://disasterloanassistance.sba.gov/ela ) within 15 days of the filing deadline.2. Applicants may still increase their loans by up to 20 percent of verified physical damages to add approved mitigation measures to their primary residence or businesses.3. The deadline to apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans is December 18, 2023. Economic Injury Disaster Loans are available to businesses and private non-profit organizations to help meet working capital needs caused by the disaster. Economic injury assistance is available regardless of whether the business suffered any property damage.Applicants may apply online, receive additional disaster assistance information and download applications at https://disasterloanassistance.sba.gov/. Applicants may also call SBA’s Customer Service Center at (800) 659-2955 or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov for more information on SBA disaster assistance. For people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, please dial 7-1-1 to access telecommunications relay services. Completed applications should be mailed to U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155. -

Harris County Appraisal District Property Tax Exemption:
If you had significant tornado damages you may qualify for a disaster exemption for 2023 property taxes. This would lower your property value to reflect the damages and your 2023 property tax bill could be lowered. Access the form to complete the paperwork by CLICKING HERE. -

Clothing donations can be brought by from 9am - 4pm Monday through Friday
