Fred Floyd Jr.

Fred Floyd, Jr is an Owner and Business Manager for Bob’s Truck Care, Inc (BTC), who works to provide quality automotive repair and maintenance for over 30 businesses in the Pasadena, Deer Park, and La Porte areas. After spending nearly a decade in the petrochemical industry, Fred understands the importance of training and procedures, and he uses that knowledge to provide consistent and quality service to every customer. Fred also believes that it’s imperative to create a healthy work environment for his employees. He does this by providing opportunity and training to people that may be passed over by other employers, due to lack of experience and knowledge. Fred knows that if you invest in people they will rise above their current situation and effect positive change for their future generations.
